#CXO chat: Executive perception vs. customer reality

This last Monday, July 23, OBI Creative joined several other marketing professionals for the weekly Customer Experience Optimization (#CXO) chat on Twitter, moderated by representatives of IBM’s Vivismo Velocity Platform.
